Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a surcharge for same-day collection?
We aim to offer same-day collection at our standard rates, subject to daily availability.
What is the cut-off time to book a same-day collection?
We recommend calling before 2 PM for the best chance of a same-day slot.
Do you guarantee you can come today?
While we have high availability, same-day slots are first-come, first-served. Calling early is best.
Can you collect in the evening?
We operate until 6 PM, but can arrange evening collections for specific urgent commercial needs.
Do I need to have the waste ready outside?
It helps speed up a same-day collection, but it's not strictly necessary. We will still load it for you.
